Several people are now asking the question - is the disappearance of Kelly Nolan and Mahalia Xiong connected. I guess I can't answer that question with any more certainty than anyone else right now. However, the question does raise another important question .....

Based upon my recent predictions, HOW can I continually be so accurate, year after year, case after case, if they are [NOT] connected to the same person?

Now I admit, after several years of tracking a person whom I believe is a serial killer, and going back as much as 30 years in some cases and then moving forward to the present -- I admit there are occasionally bizarre similarities within the cases. It would be virtually impossible not to run across cases that were similar. But, similarities aside, eventually, one must ask .... is there a serial killer living in or around the Marietta, Ohio area, who travels in his line of work and who is killing people in the various areas in which he travels?

Prior to 1995 the murders that I have been watching and documenting were pretty much confined to areas much closer to Marietta. If they were local kills, then it seemed most occurred on week-nights. If they were within a couple hundred miles of my home area, then almost always they were 'week-end' kills.

After 1995, and a certain person began to travel with his new job, the murders fanned out and took in several states, and up to 800 miles from Marietta, Ohio. Still, they remained 'connected' to my home area via names, addresses, birthdays, wedding anniversaries, and women who had the same first or last names as people who my suspect knew -- many of which he knew through me from a time period in which we were friends. Many of these victims also bore a striking resemblance to people in my suspects life - either past or present.

There are some 400 pages of information and cases listed upon this web site. Each tells bits and pieces of stories [cases] in which I have documented information that I hoped would be helpful in stopping a serial killer before he struck again. None have ever been successful.... perhaps because authorities refuse to consider the possibility that someone is so demented that he could kill people simply because they fit into a warped puzzle that he had designed many, many years ago, as a form of revenge against each and every woman he ever encountered -- and especially those whom he despised so much that he could barely control his raging desire to kill them. But who knew if he did kill them, his career was gone and the game was over.

Police Seek Help In Finding Missing Green Bay Woman

Green Bay police are asking for the public’s help in finding a 21-year-old Green Bay woman missing since early Friday after a night out with friends.

Mahalia Xiong was last seen driving away from Ashwaubenon Bowling Alley, 2929 Allied St., after being returned to her car by friends with whom she had been at Time Out sports bar, 710 Hansen Road, Ashwaubenon.

Green Bay police Lt. David Wesely said detectives are reviewing video surveillance tape from businesses in the area and are asking other businesses along South Oneida Street to West Mason Street to do the same.

“This would have been the most natural path for her to take home,” Wesely said at a press conference today.

Wesely asked businesses to review their own tapes and look for Xiong’s 1996 Mercury Sable or anything out of the ordinary after 2 a.m. Friday.

Every detective available on the Green Bay Police Department is working on Xiong’s disappearance. Investigators are probing Xiong’s cell phone records, interviewing friends and family and retracing her steps, including making flights aboard County Rescue's EAGLE III helicopter to look for Xiong’s car.

Wesely also asked to hear from anyone who spots a white 4-door Mercury Sable unattended in a parking lot or otherwise parked out of place or on the street. The Wisconsin license plate on Xiong’s vehicle is TFD-715.{{ The car was a rental that Xiong was driving until her car was fixed}}

Police would like to talk with anyone who saw Xiong late Thursday or early Friday or had contact with her since she has been reported missing.

“Right now we know that she’s missing and we’re trying to follow up on any lead we can,” Wesely said.

A UW-Green Bay student leader has disappeared after a night out with friends.

GREEN BAY - A University of Wisconsin-Green Bay student leader has disappeared after a night out with friends.

Twenty-one-year-old Mahalia Xiong was reported missing after she didn't return from a night of bowling and drinking at an Ashwaubenon bowling alley.

Xiong's family said she left her car at the alley around 11 p.m. Thursday to go with friends to a Green Bay bar, Timeout Sports Bar & Grill, at 710 Hansen Road. She also talked to her sister around that same time, telling her she was fine. “I did call her that night around 11. She said she was fine, out with a few friends, bowling, just having a good time. That was the last time I’ve heard from her,” Xiong's older sister, Melissa Sinitsky, said. "She should have been home a long time ago, and if not, she would have gone to her boyfriend's," said another sister, Malee Xiong.

Mahalia Xiong and her friends left the bar and returned to Ashwaubenon so she could pick up her car about two Friday morning. She took a different route and headed back to Green Bay. She called her boyfriend about 2:30 a.m. but didn't leave a message. No one has heard from her since.

Dad Fears Missing Woman Was Kidnapped

Following a psychic reading, a Green Bay woman's father thinks a man kidnapped her.

GREEN BAY - It's been more than four days since 21-year-old Mahalia Xiong was reported missing after she did not return from a night of bowling and drinking at an Ashwaubenon bowling alley and Green Bay bar. And now her family tells TODAY'S TMJ4 they believe a man abducted her. "Let her go, let her go home," begged Mahalia's father, Xia Xiong.

Even though investigators say they have no evidence of foul play, Xia Xiong said it is not like his daughter to leave without telling someone. He also said a psychic told him a man abducted Mahalia and is now holding her captive. "I can't eat, or drink, or sleep," Xiong said.

Xiong's family said she left her car at the bowling alley around 11 p.m. Thursday to go with friends to a Green Bay bar, Timeout Sports Bar & Grill, at 710 Hansen Road.

Police Find Female Body in Xiong's Car

Mahalia Xiong's vehicle was pulled from the Fox River in downtown Green Bay Thursday afternoon. Although police have not commented, the license plate matching that of Xiong's car could be seen.

Police say a female body was in the vehicle, but have not said if it is that of Mahalia Xiong.

Xiong, 21, vanished early July 13 after a night out with friends at a bowling alley and a sports bar.

She was last seen about 2 a.m. getting into a white 1996 four-door Mercury Sable and driving off alone, authorities said. Her parents live in Green Bay and she has an apartment in the city.
