As you know the Londonderry/ Richmond Dale area is pretty quiet. Everyone knows everyone , and when something like this happens, people tend to take it pretty hard. Sadly It happens everywhere. But being from there, I would like to tell you what I know.

If you use my information, even though it is not much. I would like to stay anonymous. Living {in the same town with} a known killer leaves me no room for comfort. But this is what I know...

TJ McCray was in fact hiding in the woods in an abandoned shack a few days after Stephanie was murdered. {Someone} was seen taking food and packing water to him through the woods at night. The cops were called and they did a stake-out {portions removed}. TJ got a heads up and was told to leave town by {someone}.

To give you a little background on TJ.. He is not the kind of person you want to be associated with. TJ & his family are known for petty theft & being into drugs. They are not the kind of people you can trust.

The theory behind all of this is that TJ, Stephanie, & an unknown person robbed Ella Mae {Grant}. Things didn't’t go the way they were planned and Mrs. Grant was put to rest. The day Stephanie was killed she told a close friend, over the phone, that she was scared & needed to go to the cops about something, but she would not’t say what for. They’re conversation ended when an unknown person came to Stephanie’s house.

It was obvious that she knew who it was that murdered her. Here’s why I think so:

- Strange cigarette butts were found in her home. Meaning she was comfortable enough to let the person in & either they stayed long enough to smoke more than one cigarette or there was more than just one person.

- She took her son with her. Why on earth would you jeopardize your son's life by taking him along with you if you thought you were in danger? Again leading back to my theory that she knew the person very well.

- Her son had a warm temperature when he was found. Leading me to believe that he had been taken care of through out the night & placed back at the murder scene just before day break. If someone Stephanie didn't’t know killed her, why would they care enough about her son to see that he stayed alive?

There are just so many things that point to TJ & I just hope that justice is served.

But I have to ask, what is the purpose of your website?

I will keep your name out of things and will change enough details so that no one will know who you are {if} I use any of your info on my site.

The purpose of my site is to expose the activities of a certain man that I refer to as Wild Bill. I believe he is a serial killer and has been killing people since the late to mid 80's and possibly earlier. I befriended this man in 1990, at which time he told me he knew none of my family and had never heard the name "Martin" {my maiden name} until he met me. However, this turned out to be a lie, as I discovered my sister's name {Patty Martin} in an old phone directory of his that he had not used since the late 70's. Besides that my sister married in 1978 and her name was no longer Martin. Therefore he had to have known her name long before he ever met me.

Like I said, we met in 1990. In 1995, more than a year after our last conversation, he was living with a woman, and he showed her a picture of me that had to have been taken in 1987 during a parade. By 1996 he was living with a different woman. This woman's name was "Bonnie Hickman" and he also showed her this 1987 picture of me. Now this doesn't sound like a lot, but it shows that the man was stalking me and my sister at least 3 years before I met him. And it establishes the fact that the man is a liar.

It was after he met me that our murder cases began to take on a strange appearance. They all seemed to be "connected to me" in one way or another:

Every story on my web site is another "piece of the puzzle" and shows how - over the years - this puzzle has been acted out and brought into focus.

For example: Patsy Sparks was murdered. She had my sister's first name - Patty/Patsy: Kimberly Fulton was murdered. She had my sister's last name - Fulton: {both cases remain unsolved}

Then there was the woman Bill was living with in 1995. Her former common-law husband {the father of her 3 boys} was Sammy Lyons. Sammy was a friend of my sister's, although I never knew him. One day Sammy stopped to visit my sister and when she walked out to the curb to talk to him she looked up the street and noticed Bill's truck sitting part way up the street. "That son-of-a-bitch" Patty said. Sammy inquired what she was talking about and she told him that was the third time that day she'd caught Bill watching her home and she didn't know if he was stalking her, one of her daughters {8 and 9 years old at the time} or just what he was doing. Sammy got out of his car and walked back to Bill's truck. No one ever knew what he said to Bill, but there was no fighting or anything like that. Bill pulled out, shot Patty a dirty look and left. Sammy told her she wouldn't have any more trouble with him, and she didn't.

Sammy Lyons died a few months later - in the early morning hours of December 28th, 1993. He'd taken his friend Mike and his niece with him and gone to visit his children in Elizabeth, West Virginia. They were heading back home when the accident occurred. Both Sammy and Mike were killed and the little girl sustained brain damage and remembers nothing. The police said they suspected Sammy was forced off the road, but they couldn't prove it. That same night Bill was not home, and at 5 in the morning he was attempting to outrun a highway patrol officer and ended up in jail. None of it made any sense at the time, and yet I suspected he'd done something just prior to his fleeing and eluding and was establishing an alibi. Precisely 10 months after Sammy's death Bill was living with his widow and 3 boys! He did not know the woman at the time of Sammy's death:

When Kimberly Fulton was murdered Bill was working just a short distance from where she lived. {Approximately a 2 minute drive!} She had worked with Bill's mother in 2 different locations so I know he knew her because he was always going to see his mother at her work place. Right after Kimberly's murder Bill went to work for the "Martin"-Xxxxxx Xxxxx Company. Kimberly father also worked for this company. Then Bill threw his girlfriend out and brought in a new one. Her name, as I said was Bonnie Hickman. As far as I could determine at that time, the "symbolic murder of my sister" was complete - Patty Martin Fulton - with Martin being permanently in his grasp.

And thus began the "duplication" of me - not symbolic murder - but duplication: Bonnie Hickman remained with Bill for awhile {off and on} and eventually he found a new woman. Her last name was "Wells". He "duplicated many other things too during this time period and they can all be read on my web site in the duplication stories, of which Stephanie's case is but one part.

As soon as Bill got rid of the Wells woman he picked up with a woman by the name of Cindy. That's when I knew we were moving from me to my friend Sindee who had helped me document his rovings for several years, as had my friend Judy who co-owned a dog by the name of Zep with me. Judy's birthday is 6-13: I didn't know for sure which of my friends he'd go after next, but I was convinced he'd go after one of them even if it was only "symbolically" which is the only way he could do it. If anything ever happens to any of us, he will be the first one the law goes after and he knows this. But the symbolic murders work like a charm, especially if he keeps them out of my immediate area. No one notices.

Anyway, my friend Sindee now lives with a man whose last name is Evans. Her boyfriend hails from Jackson, Ohio and is distantly related to Stephanie Evans. The next one to go was Stephanie Evans, whose mother is a Hickman. On the river bank, not far from where Stephanie was left, Sindee and I saw something written in the dirt that would only draw my attention. It was ZEP 13: Zep died on 9-19-94: In 1996 Jenifer McCrady was murdered. Her husband, Trooper Jackie D. McCrady now sits in Ross County prison for the crime.

Just before Bill picked Bonnie Hickman up and moved her into his home, and promised to marry her - she had been dating my sister's ex-husband: And just before Jackie McCrady met and married Jenifer, Jackie dated my sister:

This mess is entirely too long and complicated to all be told in a letter. That's why I have devoted hundreds of hours and ten solid years to designing a web site and writing 25 books that shows the connections between these cases. They cannot be seen though if each person is only interested in the case of the person they knew or cared about. As long as it begins and ends with that person, then there is no hope of stopping him, and (** he will continue to act out his obsession with "Martin." )

I believe it goes all the way back to my brother Mike Martin and his girlfriend Joyce. Joyce was taken out and raped while Mike was in the Marines. Her parents would do nothing about it. I know Mike well enough to know that when he came home, he hunted the rapist down and nearly killed him. And I know he told him if he ever came near another woman in his family, he would finish the job. Mike and Joyce married, had three children and then divorced. Mike died of a heart attack at the age of 34 at our parents home on November 24th, 1986. We buried him on November 28th, and that's the night the murders began - Janet Miller was murdered that night and dumped precisely 1 mile from Mike's grave. It hasn't let up since. Our "protector" was gone. It was killing time - and time to show every man out there what would happen to him or "his woman" {IF} he dared interfere with Bill and whatever woman he chose.

As far as the cigarette butts are concerned, you might want to read The Tonya Trio. If TJ was hiding in the woods {and I was told by a Richmond Dale cop that he lived in those woods most of the time}, then my question is - why did he drive her van to Columbus? How did he get back home?

Why did he come back home? I was told that he drove her van to Columbus and then hopped a freight train and went to the state of Maine.

Well, it probably doesn't matter anyway. He'll be convicted whether he killed her or not, and everyone will feel safe again in Richmond Dale. And then, one day - perhaps on the anniversary of Stephanie's murder - or her birthday - or something - something that only a hand full of people will notice, he will strike again. And once again I will get bombarded with emails and phone calls, and I will search every information source, design another web page and show how it connects to several other previous cases - but no one will notice - except the handful of faithful followers who have been watching and documenting for so long. And the handful of innocent men who sit behind bars for crimes they did not commit. They will notice - and Bill will notice - and that's all that really counts.

Well, needless to say, I've heard absolutely nothing more from "In The Know," - not even an answer to my "shoe" question. I guess I'm not surprised. However, my questions remain the same, as do my own suspicions. Too many things do not add up in the Evans case, and there is nothing 'personal' in that statement because I don't know any of the people involved on either side.

And to be honest, that's the way I like it. I guess I think of myself as a freelance juror - if there is such a thing. Perhaps I just invented something! Anyway, I listen to both sides, as well as knowing that there might possibly be a third side that only I am aware of. Still, I try to remain objective.

There has been another "message" sent to me concerning the Evans case. It can be found on my guest book, so I will copy and past it here {just as it occurs on the guest book} so my readers can see the type of people I sometimes have to deal with. And of course I'll show how I deal with such people, because that's just my style.

As far as me having a right to say anything about Stephanie - who the hell died and left you in charge of "my right to free speech?" After receiving the comments on my guest book from kara, I went in search of information on her - naturally!

And as usual, it didn't take my sources long to fill me in on the important details about her. However, the thing that I have to chuckle about now is the fact that "Maggie" has to be the person near the top of this page that is related to TJ McCray! Apparently kara isn't intelligent enough to realize {or read, for that matter} that Maggie is a name that I made up for the author of the letter, in order to protect him/her from just the type of person that kara obviously is!

When I change details, I sometimes even change the name to represent the opposite gender of the real person - "but not always kara, not always. Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't."

My Thoughts On Kymberlee's Accusations, Slander and Insults:

I have re-read every word that [I wrote] about Stephanie Evans. I can find absolutely nothing that [I] said that is insulting, slanderous, libelous, derogatory, or malicious in any way.

Why Kymberlee has chosen to attack me, is irrelevant at this point. I make no apologies for my interest in the case; will not disclose the identity of my "sources," and will not drop it from my web site until after the trail of TJ McCray, which I may very well decide to sit in on, and listen to the evidence myself.

It appears that Kymberlee's "only" interest and concern lies with Stephanie's case. I guess that's okay, but it's not my style.

Therefore, I'd like to know if she wrote to the Chillicothe Gazette and called them crazy bitches - or did she just discriminate against me?

You know, being interested in what's going on in this world, and what has happened to other people is not a crime. It's actually an admirable quality, that some people obviously do not posses.

Being psychic is not a crime, and is actually a respectable business for many people:

But what this woman has accused me of is a crime, and I have no intentions of forgetting it.

As I have tried to explain to my readers on dozens of pages on this web site [ a remarkable accomplishment for a crazy person, I might add!} Stephanie's murder was not the first in this series of "symbolic murders," that have been occurring since 1990, and sadly it is not the last either.

That does not mean that I am trying to trivialize Stephanie's murder. That would be the last thing I'd ever do. Her life was just as important as mine or anyone else's [more important than mine, considering the comments of some people] and I have chosen to devote my time to working these old cases, so I cannot blame anyone except myself for the negative comments that I sometimes receive. And normally, I accept those negative comments, consider them, and if merited, make changes where needed.

However, accusing a person of a crime goes far beyond disagreeing with that person or making a negative comment.

So, in my own self defense, I must say here and now, I did in fact warn in 1998 that the name Evans had been brought to my attention, not once, but twice. The first time was with the murder of Carol Gordon on June 25th, 1998. June 25th is my friend Sindee Davis-Evans' birthday. And I did make it plain that I was concerned that the killer was incorporating my friend into this drama that had been used against my family members since 1990.

The second warning about "Evans" occurred the last of June in 1998, and that was the brutal murder of a teenage girl who lived on "Evans" Street in Pennsylvania.

I spent many hours researching maps and trying my hardest to stay ahead of the killer - and I was ahead of him because in 1998, I sent Detective John Lyerly of the Front Royal, Virginia Sheriff's Dept. information indicating that I believed the killer was working on a "Washington" connection. In my opinion, I believed this indicated his whereabouts. That's something no one ever paid any attention to, but some day, when I have time, I will post all that information. Then everyone can see for themselves what I meant.

In that packet of information, I told Det. Lyerly that I believed we would see more murders of people whose names were connected to me, my family or my friends, and that I suspected the next murder or series of murders would be located closer to my home, and probably in the state of Ohio. I pinpointed 2 directions as possible strikes. One was Washington Court House, Ohio and the other was Old Washington, Ohio.

Stephanie Evans lived in the direction of Washington Court House, Ohio, and she was the next person murdered who had a name that fit into the symbolic drama that this web site is absolutely filled with.

So, I wasn't wrong, crazy or a liar in 1998. And I don't believe I'm wrong now either. I might be considered a crazy bitch [by some] but I am not a liar - not then, and not now, and I have never been a thief.

No one can say that "the killer read these warnings on my web site and then followed them," to make me correct, because this information is not posted anywhere on this web site, and until today, in my own self defense, I have not bothered to tell anyone except the police officers who have been involved in these cases.

The time has come though, that I see, I cannot depend on any cops to take a stand in my defense. Even though I have copies of every word I ever said to any of them, apparently they think I don't, and think I cannot tell who I spoke to or what was said. They are mistaken.

When I went to Richmond Dale, Ohio right after Stephanie's murder, the very first person I spoke to was a police officer. I do have his name, and I do have a witness to everything he told me. There again, out of respect for this gentleman, whom I believe was totally honest with me, and who seemed as sincere in his efforts as I was, I will not give his name. But you can rest assured I do know his name, and remember everything he told me.

I gave that officer a package of information to give to Sheriff Nichols of Ross County. I'm certain the man did in fact give that package to the sheriff. I'm almost as certain that the sheriff ignored it - just like many others have done.

The reason I believe this is because, in that package of information I warned the sheriff that [to the killer ] this was a game. [and I'm sorry if that offends anyone, but it's a well known fact that serial killers play mind games. It's not my words, so don't attack me! ] I warned the sheriff that if I was correct, the murders would continue with another name from my family or friends list, and that it might very well affect "his territory" again.

Like I said, the man either chose to ignore what I said or didn't bother to read the materials at all, because just one month after I was in Ross County talking to people about Stephanie Evans' murder, a woman by the name of Shannon "Anderson" was murdered, and her body was dumped in Ross County - right in the territory of Sheriff Nichols, just like I'd warned!

As with Stephanie Evans, Shannon Anderson was not the last victim, and 2001 was not the end of this nightmare.

But it appears that few care. Few have even bothered to look beyond their own noses, their own selfish interests to see that the list of victims [ people who were also once alive and who deserved to go on living. People who also had family and friends that loved them and didn't want to see them murdered.] has continued to grow - same pattern, same old dates, times, names, and places.

After Shannon Anderson - and in the same 3 year strike pattern that I identified years and years ago - came the deaths of Stephanie Davis; Misty Blu Gwinner, and an unknown woman who was dumped in Anderson township Ohio.

All I know is, my daughter is Christina Gordon-Anderson, and my friend is Mysde Davis-Evans, and if this makes me a crazy bitch, then so be it. I have told no lies. These people were once alive. They are now dead. Someone killed them, and they killed them according to a system that I figured out long ago.

In recent months, I have started posting my predictions on this web site instead of sending them to law enforcement. That way, if and when they pan out anyone interested can easily see that I was not copying things from news papers, or stealing someone else's work. And they can see that the pattern does indeed continue. Even though Jackie McCrady, Dennis Rydbom, Sammy Davis, Aubrey Davis, TJ McCray, and many others sit behind bars even as the new crimes are committed in the same manner as those they were arrested for. This should tell someone something, but it hasn't. Possibly because they are not looking at anything except that which is in their own yard.

In my opinion, this self centered attitude, poor little me syndrome, is costing innocent people their lives.

And now, if the world will excuse me, I really do have a few other things to do today. One of which is to try to figure out how to warn our next local victim. She's already been selected, and the writing is on the wall, with similarities to another "home town" case. There again, will anyone listen, or will they just call me a crazy bitch and hope someone slits my throat before the day is out?

I'm just the messenger folks. The killings won't stop until you get this psychopath off our streets. And here's a word to the wise - Terri Roach and Patsy Sparks were "related," to each other. My friend Sindee was related to both Terri and Patsy, and her boyfriend was distantly related to Stephanie Evans, so no one has the right to tell me that I am not "involved" with these cases and that they are none of my business. They are wrong. This is my business - your business - everyone's business, and people had better get up and take an interest in some of this stuff before it's too late.

And here's another strange "fact" - even those accused of the crimes [and always convicted] have a lot in common: Sammy Davis / Aubrey Davis: Jackie McCrady of "Ross County" Correctional Institute / T.J. McCray of Ross County: Rydbom stands alone - for now.

If Kymberlee's attitude was that of most people, I probably would not have this web site, nor the pages on Stephanie Evans. But, I'm happy to say, her attitude is NOT the norm - not even in the Evans case!

There are many comments on my guest book thanking me for my efforts in Stephanie's case as well as many, many others. Therefore, I choose to disregard Kymberlee's remarks about me being a crazy bitch; put her on "blocked email," so she can't bother me anymore, and get on with what's important in this world. However, I do not intend to let the plagiarism accusation go unmentioned, and if I have one iota of trouble because of this woman's accusations, she will find out exactly how bad a bitch I can really be, and that's a promise.
