Wild Bill
For several years now, people in this area [Washington County Ohio] have been watching the man I call - Wild Bill - 'duplicate' things. It appears there are 'two of everything' in his life. None of these things are 'random' or 'coincidental,' but are the deciding factors in 'who' gets to play in his never-ending game of madness. It's a game that none can ever completely forget - a game that anyone fortunate enough to live through, had better not ever forget!
From 1995 until 1998 Wild Bill dated and/or lived with a woman by the name of Bonnie:
During these same years my closest friend was a woman named Sindee:
Sindee and I documented as much information about Wild Bill as we could, always feeling that some day it would benefit someone.
As soon as my friend Sindee moved away and we were no longer working together, Wild Bill ditched his 'Bonnie' and picked up with the woman named Cindy:
At that time, Cindy lived in a house trailer less than a mile from my home. Wild Bill moved into her home in November of 1998:
The property where Cindy's mobile home sat was sold in 2001 and the couple had to move the trailer to a new location:
Shortly thereafter my friend Sindee found a computer generated warning among some things she'd had stored on her porch: The piece of paper warned -- "Twins, Bonnie Wells and Sindee Davis were brutally murdered." [*The word brutally was misspelled.]
Although we cannot 'prove' who sent the ominous warning, we have continued to watch 'murder' cases within a few hundred miles of our area -- especially in areas where we know Wild Bill has worked or visited. So far we have seen the names - Cindy / Davis and Wells - murdered off. I think someone delivered a valuable message..... but who will listen? Who ever has?
The term 'twin' is also a priceless clue. Sindee Davis and I are not twins. We aren't even related. Sindee is young enough to be my daughter. We are simply two people who have never been able to come to terms with some of the things we've seen Wild Bill do and get by with. And we're two people who continue to try to convince ourselves that it is possible for one man to be around sooooooo many murders and still be an innocent man. We're trying folks, we really are.
Prior to the beginning of the "Symbolic Series" - which this case is one of - I had nick names for my friend and Wild Bill's girlfriend. My friend was called 'Mysde' on this web site and in my books. When Wild Bill showed up with a woman with the same name I simply dubbed her 'Mysde No. 2'. That all is being changed as I work my way through my cases. My friend is Sindee and Bill's friend is Cindy.... same name, but spelled differently so everyone can differentiate between the two.
One more thing before moving to the next section of this synopsis: As I said, I called the two Sindee/Cindy's 'Mysde' which is pronounced the same as 'Misty.' And, speaking of murders, while seeing the Cindy; Davis; and Wells portion of the equation killed off, we also have seen the 'Misty' portion go down too.
Is it coincidence? We will probably never know, because in order to find out 'someone' is going to have to look a little further than their own jurisdiction; their own back yard. It doesn't appear that is ever going to happen.

Amanda 'Renee' Tusing lived in Dell, Arkansas,and vanished June 14th, 2000, while on her way home after visiting her fiance.`
June 14th, 1993: "Wild Bill, my husband Mike and I all left our driveway at six o'clock in the morning and headed for our second Gold Wing Road Rider's Convention in Louisville, Kentucky."

Psychic Carla Baron
Psychic Carla Baron has worked Mandy's case and has given some clues that I believe are worth repeating:
There was a terrible storm the night Mandy disappeared. Carla believes that it is possible that Mandy had trouble seeing and driving in the Storm and may have pulled her car off the road to wait until the storm let up a little. She thinks it is possible that someone pulled in behind Mandy, and posing as a State Patrol Officer, managed to coax Mandy from the safety of her car.
Carla Baron also says she thinks Amanda's killer may have been driving a truck, and took pictures after rendering her unconscious. And she feels he said to Mandy -- "You are so pretty."
Baron also believes that Mandy's abduction was 'not random,' but may have been planned, due to a previous meeting of some type between Amanda and her killer.
Amanda was found near a bridge on June 18th, 2000 in the Big Bay Ditch near Twin Bridges.

You Are So Pretty
In "The Old Wooden Bridge" story, I recount a motor cycle trip in which Wild Bill took me to see a bridge that I had dreamed about. And how, during that trip, he said to me --- "You are so pretty."
Amanda Tusing's murder reminded me of the incident. Of course, this is simply what Carla Baron feels the killer said to Amanda. It's what I know Wild Bill said to me, and I know it was reported to law enforcement many years before Amanda was murdered, so no one can say I'm making this up, or saying it because I heard it on TV.
Bonnie
The other Bonnie [yeah, there was two Bonnie's in Wild Bill's life too. He has two of everything!] told me that Wild Bill showed her several pictures of 'unconscious women.' Some were in his 'truck,' some in his house, and some were in places that she did not recognize.
This occurred in 1998, and was duly reported to law enforcement. As far as I know, no one ever questioned him concerning the pictures of unconscious women. Personally, I wondered if they weren't dead women, since none of his victims ever seem to complain about being rendered unconscious by this man, before being raped!
Renay/Renee
His ex-wife 'Renay' found pictures of young women and girls: I also found several during the years we were friends 1990 - 1994: None were 'unconscious,' at that time. However, I do know that he carries a camera [ including a video camera now days] and does like to take pictures of women and girls:
During a separation in 2005, Wild Bill's girlfriend Cindy B. gave a video tape to local law enforcement of Wild Bill telling two small girls [5, 6 or 7 years of age] to - "spread your legs way apart." Nothing was done about this either:
Guess he can just do as he damned well pleases, to whomever he wants to.
Twins
20 year old, Amanda Renee Tusing drove a black 1992 Pontiac, worked for a Blytheville veterinarian and vanished as she returned home from Jonesboro, Arkansas: Her body was found in the water beside a bridge on June 18th in the Big Bay Ditch near Twin Bridges.
Amanda Tusing had a 'twin' brother:
[Special notes: Our murdered Jenifer McCrady also had a twin brother, and worked for her veterinarian father during her teenage years.]
[Wild Bill's girlfriend {Cindy} also has a set of twins - a boy and a girl.]
In 2000 I drove a charcoal gray, 1992 Pontiac.
My home is located close to two bridges known as "The Twin Bridges."
Cindy
In 2000 Wild Bill's girlfriend Cindy made several trips to "Blytheville, Arkansas" to visit her son who was incarcerated in "Jonesboro." Wild Bill accompanied her on some of these trips:
Cindy's son has a "twin" sister named Tiffany:
Cindy's ex-husband [whose last name is Martin] had custody of 'the twins' for several years. During the time the boy was incarcerated, he lived in a trailer court in Blytheville, Arkansas. It is my understanding that Wild Bill and Cindy stayed in a motel in Blytheville whenever they went to visit the twins.
My maiden name was "Martin":
In 1995 Wild Bill went to work for a 'river' company whose name contains the word/name Martin:
In 1998, three years later, he selected 'Cindy' as his companion:
Wild Bill had a daughter born in 1982. He named her Tiffany. She died a few hours after birth:
Cindy's 'twin' daughter is 'Tiffany.':
Amanda Tusing was a mere six months older than Cindy's 'twins.'
Amanda's birthday was in early December [ as is Wild Bill's]: Cindy's twins were born in 'June' - just six months later:
Is it a coincidence that Amanda was murdered in June? Or could it be another arrow that might point to her killer and his twisted reasoning?

Jenifer Lea McCrady was murdered here in Washington County [Ohio] in September 1996: She had a 'twin' brother.
Jenifer McCrady's father was my veterinarian.
Prior to becoming a nurse, Jenifer worked for her father: Wild Bill accompanied me to his office on more than one occasion during the years that I knew him:
Jenifer's body was located off of township road 298 here in Little Hocking - several miles from her vehicle, which was left in Belpre, Ohio by the river.
Jenifer's husband was a State Trooper.
Wild Bill was living in Belpre at the time of Jenifer's murder [PLEASE see 'The Real Dummy' story on this web site] and her vehicle was found 1/2 mile from his home.
It is seven miles from road 298 in Little Hocking to Wild Bill's driveway in Belpre.
It is six miles from my driveway in Little Hocking to Wild Bill's driveway in Belpre.
six and seven equal 13 miles :
It is 6 and 1/2 miles from my home to Jenifer's vehicle, and of course it is 6 and 1/2 miles back to my home -- thus providing yet another 13 mile measurement.
One 13 mile measurement connects me and Wild Bill. The other connects me and Jenifer McCrady -- a girl I'd never actually known.
But I did know Wild Bill -- and still do, although we haven't spoken for nearly [13] years. Never the less, I can still read his smoke signals, and I can still see what no one else on earth seems able or willing to see.
And deep down, I know it isn't coincidence. I know it's almost genius - very time consuming - and never ending.
And in closing, I'll give the measurement that tipped me off, and sent me on the search that revealed all the rest:
It is 1/2 mile from Wild Bill's driveway in Belpre to where Jenifer's vehicle was left: It is also 1/2 mile from that same driveway, in the opposite direction to the 'Kentucky' Fried Chicken restaurant in Belpre.

I have identified 13 clues within Amanda Tusing's case:
Ten of those clues come directly from the case and connect either to me or Wild Bill or both of us: I have NEVER been to Arkansas!

Jenifer McCrady's husband was convicted of Jenifer's murder: He sits in Ross County [Ohio] Correctional Institute for the rest of his life. Jackie McCrady is an innocent man. He was framed by Jenifer's killer, and an over-eagerness to 'solve' a 'high profile' case in an election year.
I have found much evidence in the McCrady case that should have been found back in 1996 and 1997, but wasn't. That evidence could have [and would have] shown that police officer, Jackie McCrady did not murder his wife. It would have also shown who did.
No one cared in 1996, but if they had, I honestly believe that a dozen or more young women that have been murdered while Jackie McCrady rots in a stinking prison cell, would be alive today.
My research indicates Amanda Renee Tusing may very well be one of them.

Craighead County Sheriff Jack McCann says he and his investigators discuss the case weekly, but there are no suspects. McCann says he believes someone knows who killed Tusing and still hopes someone comes forward.
I have done exactly that - came forward. In case after case, state after state, I have stepped forward and given all the information that I have, in hopes of helping the families and stopping a maniac. So far it has done absolutely no good at all. The only thing anyone wants to do is try to trick me, or argue with me. Why? I don't know, but at this point I don't really care. The only thing I can say for now is they all better stayed tuned to the situation in Durham, North Carolina, and take a real good look at what happens to crooked cops and prosecuting attorneys. Durham is the beginning boys, but it's far from the end. Mark my words ..... your turn comes. And when it's all said and done, this web site will stand as evidence against each and every one that failed to do their jobs. So be it...
