Canton, Ohio

Deputies are investigating the disappearance of Jessie Marie Davis, of 8686 Essex St. Canton, Ohio. The 27-year-old Lake Township woman is believed to have gone missing sometime after 9 p.m. Wednesday, {June 13th, 2007} after speaking on the phone with her mother.

Davis’ vehicle and purse were found at the residence but her cell phone and a bedroom comforter are missing.

Davis is a white female, 5-feet 4-inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. She has blond hair and hazel eyes and is nine months pregnant.

UPDATE: Stark County, OH - Police seeking the publics help locating a missing, pregnant woman.

Jessie Marie Davis last talked with her mother Wednesday night.

But when her mother arrived at Davis' North Canton home Friday morning, she wasn't there and her 2-year-old son was alone in his room.

The house showed no signs of forced entry or that a struggle ensued.

19 Action News has learned the 27-year-olds purse and car were still at her home but her cell phone, a comforter and sheet from the bedroom are missing.

Pregnant Woman Missing In Stark County;

Toddler Left Alone

Mother, Patty Porter said --“I ran upstairs and I went in the room and the table was knocked over, the comforter was gone and the bleach was poured over the floor. I was screaming and screaming and screaming and I ran all over the house... She was gone.”

Patty Porter had that sick feeling in her stomach only a mother would know.

Her oldest daughter -- 26 years old and nine months pregnant -- hadn't answered her cell phone in two days.

After typically getting five calls a day from Jessie Marie Davis, the silence was unnerving.

As Porter walked toward her daughter's duplex Friday morning in Lake Township, her fears grew: The open garage door, the gold Saturn parked inside, the open patio door.

And when her 2-year-old grandson Blake -- barefoot and soiled in a T-shirt and shorts -- ran toward her, the knot in her stomach tightened.

Then Blake blurted out the alarming words and sentences when asked about his mother.

'Mommy is gone. Mommy was crying. Mommy broke the table. Mommy is in the rug,' the boy said to Porter.

Davis is now considered a missing person by the Stark County Sheriff's Office. Family members are concerned for her life and that of her unborn daughter, due July 3 and destined to be named Chloe Leeann.

'To be honest, things don't look promising,' said Sheriff Timothy Swanson.

Authorities say there is little evidence of forced entry into the woman's home on Essex Street Northwest or of a struggle inside, aside from the disarray inside Davis' bedroom.

Family members say there is no way Davis would leave her son alone or the house a mess.

But inside her bedroom, authorities say a mattress was pushed against a nightstand, which caused a lamp to fall over. A large red bed comforter trimmed in gold is missing.

Porter, 60, said bleach was poured around the cream-colored carpeted bedroom and a nearly empty bottle was nearby. There were no obvious signs of blood.

In the kitchen, Davis' purse was dumped and its contents were scattered over the floor. Her cell phone and car keys were still inside the house. Her earrings, which she always wore to her job at an Allstate Insurance office in Hudson, were still in the bathroom.

Family members say Davis was looking forward to giving Blake a sister. She was blissful last Sunday when about a dozen friends gathered at her home for a baby shower.

She lived alone with her child, but Blake's and the unborn baby's father, a Canton police officer, visited often. He paid child support and had a good relationship with the boy, they said.

The officer, a married father of two girls, has cooperated with detectives and allowed a search of his truck, Swanson said.

The officer's wife, the sheriff said, left her job as a nurse early on Friday and cannot be located. Swanson said detectives want to question the woman. Davis' family members say they believe the wife was aware of her husband's fathering of the two children.

Inside Porter's Uniontown apartment, family and friends held out hope Friday night.

'I don't know anyone who would want to hurt my sister,' said Jane Davis, 22, also pregnant and due in October. 'I don't understand. You hear these crazy stories about things that happen to pregnant women.

'But Jessie has incredible strength. She would not just leave there. Not without Blake.'

Porter said she last talked to her daughter Wednesday night at about 9:20 p.m. They talked about a pool party, a TV show and **Blake's planned visit with his father the next morning.

By 8:15 a.m. Thursday, Davis was not at work. Co-worker Dianna Piltz sent a text message that was not returned.

'We freak out when she's a couple minutes late. She's pregnant and you always worry about pregnant women,' Piltz said.

Family members say they and **Blake's father called all day Thursday trying to reach Davis. By Friday morning, Porter said she had had enough and drove the six miles to her daughter's home. As she approached the light-colored home with teal shutters and neatly cut grass, her worry grew.

'I started to feel that real sick feeling in my gut,' she said.

As Porter walked inside the home, she called out. That's when Blake ran down the stairs.

'He had pooped and peed himself and I said, `Where's mommy?' and he said, `Mommy is gone. Mommy was crying,' ' Porter said Friday.

'I ran upstairs and I went in the room and the table was knocked over, the comforter was gone and the bleach was poured over the floor. I was screaming and screaming and screaming and I ran all over the house... She was gone.'

Porter then called 911. A short time later, **Blake's father arrived, still in uniform from his shift.

'He was just devastated,' she said.

The officer declined comment Friday night.

Blake went on to tell Porter about his mother's crying, the broken table and his mother being 'in the rug,' she said. She relayed the comments to sheriff's detectives while Blake quenched his thirst and ate cereal brought by neighbors Friday morning.

Swanson said Blake was questioned by detectives and he believes the boy saw something. The toddler never said if anyone was inside the house with his mother.

Family members say no rug is missing. They believe the boy may have confused the comforter for a rug.

'Little kids like that are not going to lie,' Swanson said. 'They don't know how to lie. He saw something. And with what we have, it all fits.'

Swanson said deputies were canvassing the neighborhood. Police notified the media Friday afternoon.

Neighbor Joyce Simon described Davis as a doting mother: 'She seemed very attentive of her son. I've seen them out playing. She takes him everywhere. (Blake) looks out the window at us and waves. I seriously don't think she left that child alone.'

Blake, who the family believes was alone for about 24 hours, returned with Porter to her home. Six women, all family and friends, hugged and cried periodically as they waited for word of Davis.

'You just sit here hoping,' said Jane Davis.

Anyone with information is asked to call 330-430-3684.

Sheriff's officials said the house showed no signs of forced entry or a struggle. Stark County Sheriff's Sgt. Terry Curry said a description of the woman and the missing person incident were sent by computer to the FBI's National Crime Information Center in Clarksburg, Va. All federal, state and local law enforcement agencies have access to the computerized database. There was no sign of forced entry or a struggle at the apartment. Davis's purse was still in the apartment and her vehicle was there. Her cell phone and the sheets and comforter from her bed were missing.

Case Connections

Or More Coincidence?

First of all, let me say, I have NO 'psychic' information on this case. What I'm about to say can be verified and is already documented.

1. June 13th is my friend Judy's birthday:

2. Another friend of mine is Sindee {Davis} Evans: Her boyfriend/husband is employed with the Jackson County Ohio Sheriff's Department:

3. I have been working on 'Symbolic Murders' for several years now: See links at bottom of this page.

4. I believe we have a serial killer, who lives right here in Ohio, but selects his victims according to their names, addresses, birthdays, etc. etc. {This is explained elsewhere on this web site.}

5. The disappearance of Jessie Marie Davis reminds me of several other cases. I will list them and include the similarities.

6. Stephanie {Evans} had a little two year old son. She was murdered in 2001 and dumped along the Sciota River. Her child was left beside her dead body but was not harmed. Authorities arrested a man and sent him to prison for the crime. I do not believe he killed Stephanie Evans, and I said years ago that her murder would be 'duplicated' within another case -- as I've warned about several of them over the years.

7. Sindee and I interviewed several people in Stephanie Evans' case, and we found an astonishing reminder of {June 13th} in that case.

8. Stephanie {Davis} was killed in April of 2005 in Point Pleasant, West Virginia. Her death was deemed an accident. It wasn't. Someone murdered her, but they got no credit for it, so ......

9. Kimberly Fulton was murdered. She too had a little boy about 2 years old. He was smothered to death the same night his mother was killed. That was back in 1995, and we haven't seen any more two year old children murdered since then [as far as my cases are concerned.] Kimberly's case remains unsolved:

10. Jenifer McCrady was murdered in September of 1996. She too had a two year old child. Her husband was a state trooper. He was convicted of her murder in 1997. He did NOT kill Jenifer: Jenifer was found wrapped in a {comforter} and zipped up in a sleeping bag.

11. Court TV keeps running programs about the McCrady case. Each one is different and the story becomes more elaborate every time it's told. The last showing, told how {bleach had been used throughout the house} to get rid of DNA evidence and blood. [I sat through the trial folks; have read ALL the court transcripts and every piece of paper connected to the case. NO BLEACH was used anywhere in the house or anywhere else. It's a lie. There was NO BLOOD, although Jenifer had been shot in the head. I said then, and repeat now, she was dead when the bullet was put in her head: {PLEASE read The Real Dummy, on this web site.]

12. Amanda Tusing was murdered on {June 14th} 2000 in Arkansas. Psychic Carla Baron believes someone may have posed as a {police officer} and tricked Amanda. There was a bad thunderstorm the night Amanda was murdered.{Amanda's case remains unsolved.]

Maps

It is {86} miles from Marietta, Ohio to Jackson, Ohio [where Sindee lives.]

A map search revealed it takes 1 and 1/2 hours to drive from Marietta to Jackson. This is accurate, as I have driven it several times.

It is 105 miles from Marietta, Ohio to Canton, Ohio. However, the driving time remains 1 and 1/2 hours [due to the interstate and speed difference, I suppose.]

Coincidence Or Clue?

There was a bad {thunderstorm} in Jackson, Ohio on the evening of {June 13th, 2007.} Sindee and her daughter were the only ones at home that evening.

The phone rang at {8:42 pm} and Sindee glanced at the caller id before answering it. The incoming call came from a cell phone - number 740-577- [and yes, I have the rest of it and will supply it to law enforcement if they want it.]

Sindee hesitated before answering the phone because of the storm, but finally picked up the receiver and heard a strange man's voice say .....

"Ellen?" "No," Sindee replied.

"Oh, Ann?" the caller asked again. "No," Sindee replied.

"Is this [Sindee's phone number] the caller wanted to know. To which Sindee replied .... "You know it is, you just dialed it."

"Well, what's your name?" The caller persisted, oblivious of the raging storm.

"My name is Sindee," Sindee told the caller.

Sindee/Cindy what?" He wanted to know.

"Just Sindee," she replied.

"What are you doing tonight?" He asked. "Not a damned thing," Sindee said and hung up.

When I learned of this call, I told Sindee we needed to start watching the news papers and listening for a new case because I felt one was coming. I'd already told a certain author from Northern Ohio a week or so earlier that we were due another strike and I thought it would be Ohio or nearby West Virginia this time.

Long ago I'd heard the very words that were spoken to Sindee that night. It was a call that a friend of mine [Tara] made to Wild Bill, as we sat in her vehicle across the street from his house!

"What's your name" He'd asked Tara [who lied to him, and gave him a false name.]

"What are you doing tonight?" He'd asked Tara .....

I didn't learn of the disappearance of Jessie Marie Davis until Saturday, June 16th, 2007, and immediately phoned Sindee with the news.

Whether there's a connection here or not, I cannot say. But, it seemed strange enough to me that I thought I should do up this page and get it up so that someone could look into it if they so chose.

As many years and as much time as has passed now, I suppose it's only natural that some of the cases will have common denominators, regardless of who the abductor or killer is. However, until the killers of all the cases that I've become interested in are caught, I have no choice but believe there is a serial killer operating, and that he knows me and knows the dates, names, etc. that are important to me.

And I do know that Wild Bill has been directing attention toward northern Ohio for some time now, so there again, I will continue to wait and watch until we find out what actually happened to Jessie Davis.

If I'm Right....

Jessie may very well be found near the name 'Cleveland.' She will probably be dressed in 'night clothes.' She will be near or possibly in water .... probably near a bridge. It will not be along the interstate but will be off a side road, and possibly on a power company right of way or access road/logging road, etc.

If Jessie is found dead, I'm going to predict that she died of asphyxiation -- possibly from a cloth soaked in bleach and then strangulation. This might explain the spilled bleach better than the present theory that it was poured to cover up evidence. I don't feel this is the case.

In the minds of 'some' - Jessie Davis is a 'cop's woman,' and sometimes, that's all that's required to become a target:

Determining Distance & Direction Of Transport:

2.2 may apply since it is an Ohio case:

If there's a 'Jackson' [county, road, street, river, etc. etc] it should be checked thoroughly, as should anything containing the name/word Cleveland.

The last 'strike' I followed was Brandi [Wells] in eastern Texas. She remains missing too. However, since that was 'south' of me, and Jessie is 'north' of me, I'm going to guess that she will be taken 'south' of her home for disposal. Although, it's difficult to determine this because Allison [Jackson]- Foy remains missing from Wilmington, North Carolina, as does Teresa Butler from Arkansas, and Brandi Wells. Until they are found, I cannot determine with accuracy which direction he's dumping in. However, I can determine which direction he's headed next.

As I Said Before

There is NOTHING psychic about any of this. It's all based upon work I have done while tracking a man whom I believe is a serial killer. I have been documenting his bizarre behavior for some 17 years now.

As far as I know, the name 'Jessie' does not [fit into the pattern] that I have seen established. But, the name Davis most assuredly does fit, as does the 'cop's woman' and the date of June 13th.

Also of some interest is the fact that Jessie's mother's name is Patty .... so is my sister's name.

The last name of Porter is also important. It originally involved a fire in some peoples car here locally. The case was never solved because officer Garvey in Belpre, Ohio doesn't believe in psychics -- whatever that had to do with an actual eyewitness report.

Again, the same people were 'attacked' a couple of years later, and once again it was by fire. One of the Porter family moved into an apartment where 'Wild Bill's' former girlfriend [Bonnie] had lived, and before we knew it, the place was set on fire. Again, no one was ever arrested. Nothing is ever solved around here, and if it had been years ago, we would have to see all these innocent people killed. Hope Dave Garvey is happy. He's certainly made my life [and many others] a living hell.

I heard on the tv news that the Cleveland FBI is now involved in Jessie's case. I'm no stranger to them either. The last time they heard from me was ....3-29-07. My email concerned Osama Bin Laden, and the next terrorist attack or 'hot spot.' Someone might want to check the national news when they get time. Palestine is the 'hot spot' right now, EXACTLY as I predicted! So, you see, I'm not 'obsessed' with Wild Bill, and imagining anything.

I do a lot of other work, and it's all posted on my old web site, which I will soon be dropping .... however, I'm building a new one. And by the way, I only sent that 3-29 warning to 2 branches of the Ohio FBI -- Cincinnati and Cleveland. Both have now been brought forth into the news. Still, there's been no response from anyone. So be it. I have work to do. Someone has to figure out what's coming next in this crazy, mixed up nation, where nothing is ever prevented, and everything remains 'under investigation' forever.

And no one believes in psychics ...... or serial killers. So be it.

June 21, 2007 Update:

Well, the speculation and craziness has begun. Bobby Cutts has been named as the father of Blake, and probably the unborn child, as well.

As shown in the above article, we were told in the beginning that Bobby Cutts was supposed to pick Blake up for a visit on Thursday morning. Now that's all changed, and we're told that he was supposed to come to the house and get him Wednesday night!

News reporters continue to report that Bobby Cutts failed to show up for work on Wednesday night and Thursday night. They are making a big deal of this -- as if he was out burying the woman somewhere and couldn't make it in to work.

Now, the fact of the matter is ... Bobby Cutts was scheduled to be off duty on Wednesday night. It was his regular night off. And he did work on Thursday night. He works nightshift.

Some people are warning of 'tunnel vision.' Well, I've mentioned 'Tunnel' vision myself a time or two ..... none of which was ever paid any attention to.

So far there's been in excess of 1,500 searchers combing the entire area, looking for Jessie Davis, and the media has made a big deal of the fact that Bobby Cutts did not join the search teams. It's as if that's a dead give-a-way that he is responsible for her disappearance. Well, I have news for the media and everyone else. When Jenifer McCrady disappeared, her 'cop' husband did search for her. He called everyone he could think of, and he did everything any man could have done ..... and when it was all said and done, they said he stayed 'involved' in the search so he could keep abrest of the investigation.

There is something awfully wrong in this nation. Once the media or the cops have made their selection -- and that's exactly what this is -- selection. Once they've 'decided' who's guilty, it no longer matters what the accused does. He's damned if he does and he's damned if he doesn't.

I say wait until some kind of evidence is found and then go forward.

I don't know Bobby Cutts ...... don't know any of the people involved in this case, but all I can think is 'here we go again.' This is like re-living the McCrady case, and I can predict moment by moment what comes next. This is a nightmare .... not only for the family and friends of those who are directly involved, but for those of us who have already been put through a living hell because no one will even consider the possibility that we might have a serial killer on our hands, and that he actually lives in the Marietta, Ohio area, and travels far and wide to select his victims.

He could be caught. He's not especially smart, but he relies on the tunnel vision and mind sets of those whithin law enforcement. He's seen it work time and time again, and so have I. I've been watching for 17 solid years now.

All Things Considered

Considering -- Jenifer McCrady disappeared from her home too; had a 2 and 1/2 year old son; last spoke to her mother on the telephone before retiring for the night; gave no indication to family or friends that she was frightened or needed help; was found wrapped in a comforter [supposedly from her bed]; was a 'cops woman'; disappeared on a Wednesday night/ Thursday morning; was found [buried] several miles [south] of her home.

Teresa Butler disappeared from her home in the middle of the night; had last spoken to a family member on the phone; left two little boys unattended, one of which was about 2 and 1/2 years old; remains missing with little or no fanfare from the national media; was definately 'kidnapped' from her home but gained absolutely no attention from the FBI; her vehicle was also left at her home, and her cell phone disappeared along with her -- as well as other electronic things.[January 24th, 2006, Arkansas/Missouri]

Note: I just conducted another test run of the distance between Jenifer McCrady's home and the wooded area in which she was buried. It is precisely 8.1 miles from township road [298] in Little Hocking to Dana Road in Belpre, Ohio.

If there is any possibility of these two cases being connected by a common abductor/killer, then [in my opinion] searchers should be looking in a south/westerly direction at a distance of 8 to 10 miles from the home. Based upon these cases and clues from these cases, searchers should seek back roads that cut off from main roads [township roads cut off from county roads; county roads cut off from state roads, etc.] and the should seach 1,000 feet into the areas that are accessable.

Depending upon the availablitity of tools to work with, Jessie may be buried. If not, she will in all probability be located over an embankment where it is not noticible from the main road.

All family members and friends should be interviewed to determine if any of them EVER dated or knew my Wild Bill character. All men should be interviewed to determine where they work. If any of the family members work for the "Martin" company that he works for, then get prepared - that's all I cans say. This guy just has a knack for always showing up in the picture but never being involved.

By the way -- how far is Sardis, Ohio from the Canton area? He lived in the Sardis area from July 2005 until December 2005, and I'd guarantee he was prowling the larger cities around him during this time period.
