The following information was gathered from various news sources and deals with three more murders which may or may not be connected to the ones listed above. The information is listed here today so the reader may decide for themselves if it's all "coincidence" or if there is far more to it than that.

Few of us failed to hear about the disappearance of Chandra Levy, however, there was once another Washington D.C. intern by the name of Joyce Chiang who disappeared a couple of years before Levy. There was little, if any media coverage and yet there was some strange similarities between the cases. Family and friends have said the girls shared several physical characteristics and that they find the similarities between the two cases alarming. Both were government interns; both lived at Dupont Circle; both were brunette's: both were of petite stature;

Many believe the two cases are connected via the same killer.

Police have dismissed the similarities as coincidence, and have even suggested that Joyce may have committed suicide......although there is much evidence to the contrary!

Most people who knew Chiang disagree with the police and believe a frightening question must be asked: Is a serial killer preying on the young female interns of our nation's capitol?

How many times have I asked that same question? The Washington DC area is not that far from the Mid-Ohio Valley area in which I live. This web site is saturated with unsolved cases, reasonable questions and suspicions, and substantial evidence. And the thing that probably confuses me the most is the fact that every time I've seen a police officer on tv; read a book written by a lawman from any field, or researched any case, the one thing that has remained constant is that the police do not believe in "coincidence!"

ATTENTION / NEW CASE:

Rebecca Parks was murdered in the DC area on 7-14 2003: And all I can think about is that phone call I received in early July from a Rebecca B-------- {Wild Bill's real last name}, looking for Shawn. It came in on my answering machine when I wasn't home. The caller left no number, just a message for Shawn to call her if he was at my house.

I never knew anyone named Rebecca B--------, and I don't know anyone named Shawn. But I still remember the address of the apartment where Wild Bill lived .... the little apartment that I rented for him on my birthday back in 1991..... it was 714 W----- St. And I think about a dream I had on my anniversary this year {that's 6-04} in which my friend Becky {that's Rebecca} was revealed. I'd never dreamed of Becky before. Now I can't help but wonder.....

Rebecca Parks had long dark hair, and appeared to be of Oriental heritage.

Joyce Chiang was Taiwanese-American and served an internship for representative Howard Berman of California, who's office was adjacent to Representative Condit's.

A favorite hangout for Chiang and Levy was a nearby Starbuck's coffee shop.

Joyce was last seen at Starbuck's on the night of January 9th, 1999.

Just three days after Joyce disappeared a bizarre statement appeared on a nearby wall. It read: "Good Day J.C. may I never miss the thrill of being near you."

And I am reminded of the "message" that was written on the back of a sign near my own home. It appeared shortly after I met my "Wild Bill" character. It said .....

"Only a shadow in your mine."

I never knew if the word "mine" was actually supposed to be "mind" or if there was a deliberate reason for the misspelling. However, I did eventually discover that Wild Bill was the person who had written the little message. Never done any good. Nobody paid any attention to it except me and a few friends. That was clear back in 1990.

The day after Joyce disappeared her billfold was found in Anacostia Park. Within a few days other personal items belonging to Joyce were found on the banks of the Anacostia river including her apartment keys, a video rental and grocery store card, her gloves, and the jacket she was wearing when she disappeared. The jacket had a clean rip running down the back of it.

Three months later a canoeist, more than eight miles downstream from where Joyce's personal items were found, discovered her body.

But three months under water had taken its toll on the corpse. Although Joyce was identified by DNA tests, decomposition of the body made it impossible to determine how she had died.

The cause of death was listed as undetermined, police insisted there was "no evidence of foul play" and the case was closed!

And I just wonder what kind of "evidence of foul play" is needed. I've heard this exact statement here too, and it didn't make any more sense here than it did in Washington DC. Good lands .... I just had a peculiar thought. Perhaps it's the name "Washington" that's the stumbling block in all these cases! Washington County ..... Washington DC!

For those who believe in serial killers.....or coincidence .... whichever.... Chandra Levy may have been "the end" to this story, but Joyce Chiang may very well not have been "the beginning!" August 1st, 1998, five months before Joyce Chiang disappeared, 28-year-old Christine Mirzayan was raped and murdered while walking home from a barbecue. She shared a number of startling similarities with Joyce and Chandra. All three women lived in the same area, all three had dark hair and they were all about the same height. And they were interns at one point in their careers.

And for those who have been following my drama, my "duplication" theory, let me say this .... I have seen many, many things "reversed" within this local ongoing drama. In the duplication story about me, the reader will find details of how Wild Bill "duplicated or symbolically replaced" me and even my vehicles within his own life. Sometimes he "reversed" details in his duplication. If he can do that, then what makes educated, well trained police officers believe for one second that a serial killer could not think in the same warped manner?

Who is the serial killer.....if in fact there is one? Well, that's anybodies guess at this point. But in closing I want to remind everyone .....My daughter's name is "Christina." Wild Bill always called her Christine. She is a petite 5' 2" tall and wears a size 7/8 clothing. Her initials are C.J. ..... Chandra begins with the C while Joyce begins with the J and Christine says it all......loud and clear.

Emily "Christine" Ullman and Carol "Gordon" were both murdered in June of 1998. Gordon was only a very short drive from Washington DC, and in fact worked in DC.

Is it possible that "Christine" Mirzayan, Joyce Chiang and Chandra Levy were all killed by the same man? Could the same man have killed Christine Ullman and Carol Gordon? And is it possible that the reason is so simple that a child could understand it? Could it be because there was no national media coverage on the first two cases and the killer was afraid the person he was trying to attract the attention of had not seen what he had done?

Then again, perhaps I am seeing connections where there really are none at all. Perhaps it's too many years of tracking "coincidences." Perhaps.

All I know is, the "old timers who profiled psychopathic serial killers for the FBI used to say that there were certain "stressors" in the psychopath's life. These stress points usually triggered a killing spree. Some of those stressors were .... the breakup of a marriage or relationship; change of job or residence; loss of someone within the killer's family;

By July of 1998 Wild Bill had already found him a Little Hocking woman to move in with. The move would cost him the other woman named Bonnie, but it would put him a lot closer to me because his new girlfriend lived less than a mile from my home.

The move also cost him the house that he'd rented since 1991 and most of his furniture because his new woman already owned everything she needed. He was not a happy camper in the summer of 1998, and all who knew him waited and watched ....

.... we just didn't know where .... we didn't know who.

Until the writing appeared ....

And then ..... I knew.
